Tubing traslucido, in TPE-S farmaceutico per pompe peristaltiche, Altamente neutrale a odori e sapori, esso preserva le proprietà organolettiche delle sostanze trasportate. Materiale curing-free; resistente anche ad alcohol con concentrazione max 50%. Saldabile e sigillabile a caldo anche con altri materiali senza dover ricorrere a elementi di connessione, assicurando un’estrema stabilità del flusso. Impermeabilità superiore rispetto agli elastomeri siliconici. Installato su pompe peristaltiche ha una durata superiore se paragonata agli altri tubi simili presenti sul mercato. Nelle industrie farmaceutica, cosmetica ed alimentare, impiegato su pompe peristaltiche (fenomeno di spallation minimo sui lobi della pompa), sistemi di dosaggio liquidi, riempimento e dispenser; colture cellulari, processi di sintesi, processi di purificazione e separazione, applicazioni in laboratorio, dosaggio di saponi, creme, detergenti. Dosaggio di bevande, succhi di frutta, salse, liquidi viscosi (sciroppi), acque e acque purificate. Per latte e prodotti a basso contenuto di grasso. Much more impermeable than silicone elastomers. Superior working life on peristaltic pumps when compared with similar tubings of the competition (average working life >190 hours when tested on a 3 lobes pump with 600 turning/minute) and minimal spallation on pump heads. Heat sealable and quick welding of multiple lengths, which can be assembled without the need of connectors. This ensures the stability of the flow.
